FFF is open to all select/classic,
premier and elite level teams including USYSA, US Club Soccer
and Super Y League sanctioned teams and Canadian clubs.
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan - Midway between
Chicago and Detroit on Interstate I-94. Within a six-hour
drive of almost every major Midwest city.
Sites: All games will be at the Kalamazoo Soccer
Complex. One of the fine facilities in the Midwest with 10 full-sized,
soccer-only fields -- all games for each age group will be in
one convenient location.
Age Groups: 22 Divisions - Boys and Girls (born on or after): U9 (8/1/01), U10 (8/1/00), U11 (8/1/99), U12 (8/1/98) U13 (8/1/97) U14 (8/1/96) U15 (8/1/95) U16 (8/1/94) U17 (8/1/93) U18 (8/1/92) U19 (8/1/91).

U12* - U12 teams can either play 8v8 as U12 or 11v11 as U13
Paperwork: Validated State or Provincial player
passes, a copy of their official team roster, parental medical
release forms, signed Waiver of Liability and a Permission to
Travel (Out-of-state teams only), are required for all players
participating in the tournament and must be produced at Registration.
Failure to bring this information to Registration will result
in disqualification of the team.
Games: Each participating team will play a minimum
of three games. These games are scheduled to begin on Saturday
morning, with two games on Saturday and the third Sunday morning.
All division championship games will be played Sunday afternoon.
If weather conditions dictate, the tournament committee reserves
the right to shorten or cancel games, as necessary, without rebate
of application fees.
Awards: U9 – U12: Team trophies to the
winning teams, participation awards to all players. U13 –
U19: Individual awards for each member of the winning and finalist
teams.
Teams: The Fall Futbol Frenzy prides itself
on providing only a top-notch event; one of the best tournaments
in Michigan and in the Midwest. Selections will be based
on experience and quality of application. Number of teams accepted
will vary based on strength of entries; age groups may be combined,
where necessary.
Application: Applications with check for tournament fee (U9-U12 $350; U13/U14 $400; U15/U16 $450; U17+ $500) must be postmarked by September 17, 2010. Applications entered after the September 17th deadline will have to pay an additional late fee of $100 to be considered. Only Online Applications will be accepted.
Acceptance Notification: Notification of Acceptance and Non-Acceptance will be by email to the team contact on or before October 1, 2010. Any team that withdraws from the tournament after being accepted will forfeit its entry fee.
Housing: All out-of-town teams are required
to book their hotel reservations through our Official Housing
Service, Premier Sports Events. This service is being provided
to ease the search for hotel accommodations in the Kalamazoo area.
They have secured discounted tournament rates and room blocks
at hotels that are conveniently located to the fields. Please
contact them as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Referee Application Form
An E-mail address MUST be on the referee application. ALL communication
concerning the tournament will be by E-mail and E-mail only. Any
incorrect E-mail addresses which return as "undeliverable"
will mean that particular referee will not be included in any
communications nor assigned any matches.
Any out of state referees will need to provide a release from
their USSF State Referee Administrator, giving his/her permission
to officiate in the tournament.
